Charlotte has many years of strategic leadership experience as a Finance and Operations Director in a range of not-for-profit organisations, including conservation, environment and education. As a Chartered Accountant, she brings a strong background using innovative and commercial approaches to support business growth.

Living by the sea, and often found on or around the water, Charlotte is passionate about the marine environment and supports this through other non-executive roles.
